2026 Updates

The latest policy shifts SICS is tracking for you

▸New 2026 rule: 20% English-language pass rate threshold enforced at sponsor level — pick licensed universities only.
▸Scholarships of up to £10,000 depend on the university, course, intake and student eligibility; awards are not guaranteed.
▸*Graduate Route duration is 2 years for applications made on or before 31 December 2026, and 18 months for applications made on or after 1 January 2027.
▸Visa fees and the Immigration Health Surcharge (£776/yr) rose from 8 April 2026 — budget for it early.
▸MOI (Medium of Instruction) waivers accepted at Sunderland, Portsmouth & Lancashire — no IELTS route open.
