What we collect
Name, contact details, city, academic records, test scores, passport and financial documents you choose to share for admissions, visa filing or loan processing. We do not collect anything we do not need for those tasks.
Why we collect it
To assess eligibility, prepare applications, file visas, arrange education loans, forex and accommodation, and to keep you informed about intakes, deadlines and events you have asked about.
Who we share it with
Only with universities, government visa authorities, lending partners, accommodation and travel providers strictly as required to progress your case — and only with your consent. We never sell student data.
How long we keep it
Active files are retained for the duration of your application plus the period required by university and immigration record-keeping norms. You may request deletion of non-statutory records at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent for marketing, or ask for deletion by writing to sicsindia12@gmail.com from your registered email.
